Concept:

We provide fun, casual and natural portraits of each student. Our child-centered approach to photography allows time for the child to become comfortable with the photographers and the situation, and small props encourage a play-based portrait with a “real” smile.

We make Picture Day much easier for both the staff and the children:
- Local photographers who are also parents of a pre-schooler understand how to work with children, treating them with respect and encouraging participation
- Easy ordering online or through proof delivery to the school, allows parents to choose which images and sizes they prefer, either a la carte or through a package
- Feel free to call. Directors don’t have time to manage questions about packages and photo options. Our personalized approach means  you get an answer right away, or have the parents contact us directly
- We donate 10% of all print sales back to your school

Logistics:

The Outdoor Studio – Can be either a portion of the play area, or a grassy area

The Indoor Studio – Multicolored backdrops available, although really, not recommended; kids really shine when breathing fresh air

Individual Sessions – Sessions take 5-7 minutes per child and will include suggested
poses and “free play” to capture the child’s spirit. Props including parasols, cowboy
hats, etc. are provided to encourage interaction and honest expressions.
Group Sessions – Class photos will be taken in an outdoor setting with traditional posing.
The studio will also provide a relaxed, interactive portrait of each class.

Delivery – The preschool will choose one of two options for selecting images, Password-Protected Online
Gallery or Proof Delivery to the school. Proofs are ready within seven days, and prints are
delivered within 10 days of the order deadline.
