You Need: Fun, casual and natural portraits of each student that parents will love

We Provide:
Picture Day
- Skilled photographers with an understanding of the preschool age group
- Professional camera equipment and lighting
- Small props and toys to encourage children to relax, smile naturally and have fun
- Post-session gifts for students (bouncy balls, stickers, removable tattoos)

Before Picture Day
- A pre-shoot walk through to discuss location and logisitics to make Picture Day easy for
both staff and students
- A portrait session schedule based around the usual flow of the preschool day, capturing
portraits during the morning when preschoolers are feeling and looking great
- Pre-session materials for parents including, what to expect, Picture Day reminders
delivery timelines and pointers for dressing and preparing child for Picture Day

After Picture Day
- Easy online or delivered proofing and print selection. We provide multiple pose options,
allowing parents to select the images and sizes they prefer
- Payment by credit card or check
- Proof delivery – One envelope for each child has:
A personalized passcode to a private online gallery for each child, OR
Hard copy proof prints of each pose (usually 5-10 images to choose from)

Delivery Timelines
- Proofs are delivered within seven days of the final portrait session (usually a MakeUp Day)
- Parents are allowed one week to submit orders
- Orders are delivered within 10 days of order submission deadline
