We usually don’t blog much about the corporate work we do. Headshots and tradeshows just aren’t usually as fun to look at as pretty wedding details.
Enter Eufora International, a hair care product company located in Carlsbad. Eufora’s natural, aloe-based products are one of the leading salon products, used by stylists worldwide. So when Eufora puts on a conference, you can expect to see stylists from around the globe, and some of the best hair ever in one room.
Each year, Eufora invites stylists to learn more about the cutting edge of styling and in the process puts on a fabulous fashion show. This year, hair through the ages and into the future. With a special appearance by some local men in uniform…and yes, they marched in the fashion show…so darn cool. Enjoy!

We are so very behind on blogging, and we have lots of weddings and portrait to share with you. Even though it’s terribly out of order, we want to share Elizabeth and Mike’s teasers to hold them over until they get well and can come into the studio for their viewing session (the beautiful bride got sick immediately after their two weeks honeymoon to Greece and Istambul). These two hosted a beautiful, intimate affair on the shores of La Jolla. With a live band, and a number of out of town guests, they showed their friends and family a great party after the sun set.
Beautiful Ceremony: Scripps Seaside Forum
Calm Coordination: Rachelle - Planning Yours
Fab Food and Cake: The French Gourmet

You may recognize Adela and Vince from their very unique engagement session (back in February) at Adela’s family avocado orchard. Their wedding was just as fun as the day we spent in the orchard, although much more glamorous as Adela went with an Old Hollywood vibe for her beautiful gown and great hair. These two and their families were so happy, and with all of the live music (mariachis during the mass and a fabulous band at the reception) it was quite a party. A few teasers of the fun…enjoy!
Beautiful Ceremony: Founders Chapel at USD
Rockin’ Reception: The Prado

Randi and Ethan will be married next Labor Day weekend, and we were able to spend some quality time with them over this Labor Day weekend. Below are just a few teasers from their very fun engagement session; more to come (including their eco-friendly Save The Date card) soon!

You may recognize Alana and Sean from an earlier post immediately after their wedding. They hosted such a beautiful day and our very brief initial post didn’t give us time to do justice to the wonderful team of vendors who helped make their day so special. So now…a post chalk full of some of their beautiful details and a few more fun ones of their beautiful day!

Sara and Soheil were married at the beautiful Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe. They started with a traditional Persian ceremony lakeside and finished the evening with a fabulous party in the beautiful ballroom with so many intricate details in Sara’s favorite color…purple. During the ceremony, the officiant asks the bride three times if she will take this man as her husband; according to the officiant, this allows her the option multiple times to walk away from the union, but as you can see, Sara answered Yes! each time she was asked.

Fabulous Florals: Franco’s Flowers

Meg and Matt were married on a beautiful sunny day. And the way their faces light up when they see each other gives the sun a run for it’s money. What a great family these two share and after a cute ceremony at Meg’s family church, these two gave us a little fun time with a classic Chevelle and a few minutes at Sunset Cliffs. After that, a super fun party at the Thursday Club before these two jetted off to a Canadian honeymoon. Enjoy!

Just one little teaser for Meg and Matt who are enjoying their honeymoon in Canada right now. More to come soon!

Alana and Sean are just back from their amazing honeymoon in Kauai and since they’re coming in for their viewing session tomorrow, we thought we would just whip up a few favorites onto the blog to hold them over until they’re here at the studio. We’ll really do this awesome couple and wedding justice later in the week with a full wedding post. In the meantime, enjoy…

We’ve known Maureen and Ed for four years now. We met them when we photographed the wedding of Maureen’s daughter (the lovely Stephanie and her handsome hubby Todd). Since then we’ve also captured the wedding day of Maureen’s best friend, and Ed’s proposal on the dance floor at that wedding. Needless to say, we were their first phone call once the date was set in stone of their “shabby chic mountain-country” wedding in their home town of Julian.
Ed and Maureen have the cutest love story (they met when Maureen bought her first motorcycle) and they were so lucky to have all of their children and grandchildren in the wedding (one daughter even came all the way from Japan with two kids and seven months pregnant!). It was a beautiful day and these two are so in love people were just thrilled to be their for them.
First, lots of fun details…

Lots of love…

This guy was a little scared to walk down the aisle.

Maureen walked down this great staircase where Ed met her, presented her bouquet and walked her down the aisle.

Stephanie and Todd, who found us and introduced us to their super fun family. Their 4-year anniversary is next month. Congrats kids!

Karen and Steve…it was their dancefloor where Ed popped the question!
