Spring is here and the Flower Fields in Carlsbad are in full bloom and gorgeous! A few years back Jennifer and Fermin travelled down from LA so we could have some engagement session fun at the colorful fields.

They don’t stay in bloom for long, so contact us soon if you would like to schedule an engagement, family or “just because” session.

Kimberley has that laugh that bubbles up, spills over and makes everyone else laugh too. Cory is the strong, silent type, and he and Kimberley are a perfect match. These two chose a gorgeous day for their engagement session, and we can’t wait for their wedding coming up just next month.

Today we celebrate nine, that’s right 9, years of wedded bliss. I know it seems trite, but we really do celebrate our marriage almost every weekend when we are working at the weddings of our fabulous couples.

Yes, I still cry during the ceremony, and yes, we do come home feeling sappy, romantic and lovey after every wedding. Think about how you feel after attending a wedding and watching two people in love commit their lives to each other. Yep…we love our job!

Sara and Soheil met while they were both attending UCSD, so of course, what better place for an afternoon engagement session than the scene of the crime? We even went to the coffee shop where they had their very first date. From there, it was off to the beach, and just a few minutes with Soheil’s baby, his beautiful black BMW.

They had quite a day getting ready for our shoot as they brought Sara’s car down from LA (where they live now) and decided to take a “quick” four-hour round trip back home to collect Soheil’s pride and joy (besides Sara, of course). We are really looking forward to their wedding next month, as it’s our first visit to the beautiful Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe.
